  1. Michalmas Cottage,
We have just enjoyed a month in Michalmas Cottage which we enjoyed immensely. It is ideally placed for walks over the South Downs, the sea front is minutes away and the town centre near enough to walk to, or a very brief drive. It shares the same Meads Street with two pubs both having good restaurants, and other small shops including Tesco Express and CO OP convenience store, plus a very good wine shop. Three ATMs on the same street should ensure you can be a regular at all of them. Visitor Parking permits are provided for Resident parking zones and only very rarely did we need to park away from Meads Street.
The Cottage is quaint, homely, welcoming (plus many other superlatives you will find in the Guest Book) having all the facilties we needed during our month there. Also friendly neighbours ( and Jenny the adorable old retreiver) added to our enjoyment.
It was our second year with EHC and would add that their efficient, friendly and proactive service is exemplary.
We hope to return to Eastbourne next year, and if so, we shall be booking again with EHC for one of their managed properties.

  2. Very Cosy Cottage, Nice touch with milk, cakes and flowers. Been a relaxing break – we love Eastbourne and area. Will be booking with EHC next year.

  3. Really nice cottage, perfect location. We have really enjoyed our stay. the weather was perfect. We hope to come back and stay next year. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Eastbourne.

  4. Where to begin! The most “Huggable” cottage ever! Great location and definitely a “home from home”. I have been so excited about staying here since I booked back in January and there have been no disappointments. We will definitely be coming back.

  5. We had a great time in this wonderful cottage and loved all the pretty details. It’s a lovely place with the Downs in walking distance.
