A great base for a short break on the Sussex coast, the property is very clean, modern and spacious and has everything you need. Pleasant walks, near by nature reserve which is great for a peaceful stroll and a bit of wildlife watching. We didn't meet the hosts due to Covid but had no problems during the stay and they would of been easily contactable if required. Thanks for making our stay easy, relaxing and enjoyable.

Well equipped very clean and modern accommodation. Towels were the best we have ever used ..very large ,soft and fluffy. Great hosts ,there if needed but not intrusive. Excellent location and extremely relaxing and peaceful. Everything you need apart from a wine glass 😂 but that was sorted immediately!. Will definitely return.

Close to the beech, parking for 2 cars and everything you need was in the booklet provided. The accommodation was clean spacious and great cosy garden to sit out in the afternoon or evening. The facilities has a lot of extras that you would find in a 4+ star hotel.
